Frills of black lace adorn a wide pleated cuff of raw brass with a naturally occurring patina provides a slight contrast with the oxidized brass filigree. Flourishes frame the layers of filigree topped with a deep blue vintage harlequin glass cabochon adorn the center. The cabochon reminded me of a butterfly's wings, so I completed each side of this masterpiece with a lacy winged butterfly. For the other arm, a matching lacy wrap trimmed with black ribbon, decorated with oxidized brass filigree and a blue Swarovski crystal flat back.
